We work with a number of regional Qualified Trades who can cover most property maintenance eventualities. We can arrange for a free quotation where required and for ‘live away’ property owners we offer a completely hands off service. All of our subcontractors or trade partners are fully insured, fully qualified and all work is fully guaranteed.

Boiler and Heating Homecover

In selected areas we offer a comprehensive boiler and heating Homecover package, covering the coist of boiler breakdowns and all parts and labour, as well as an annual boiler service. This product is specifically tailored to the holiday rental market.

Gas Safety Certificate

For customers with a domestic gas supply, it is a legail requirement to have an annual gas safety check carried out by a registered Gas safe Engineer. The Safety Check must cover the boiler as well as any additional gas appliances such as cookers and fires.

Fire Risk Assessment

This is a mandatory requirement for guest accommodation. VisitBritain will ask to see evidence of a fire risk assessment for all star – rated properties.

Electrical Safety (PAT Testing)

To comply with Electrical Safety Regulations, annual Portable Appliance Testing will ensure that electrical equipment is fit and safe for use. Whilst not currently mandatory, PAT Testing highly recommended.
